The Startup Way by Ries appealed to me as a tool to broaden my understanding of entrepreneurship in the business world. The core desire is to help a relative who has just started a new company. He works as the technical part of the company making the ideas happen, while the partner is the marketing person. Ries shares how being a younger person presenting the ideas to the older, larger corporations gave great insight into the idea that age doesn't matter when it comes to trying to adapt to the cultural changes we are faced with. Being a person that is not business minded I really appreciate the opportunity to learn and The Startup Way is a great tool. This book is compliments of Blogging for Books.
