This books takes us through a journey that would be very familiar to most people- forming habits. She delves into research, anecdotes and explanations about why we find it so impossible to form habits, but rather than hitting with with scientific explanations or behavioural economics, she reaches for relatable examples we recognise in ourselves, partner or neighbour- she pushes us to overhaul our lives by doing little things we have control over! Yes, it's cheesy in places "habits are the key to our lives", but it gets the job done- will you go from couch to 5k by the end of the book? probably not? but you might walk round the block and that's a start.
