Awesome, easy-to-use resource for pilates workout!

I have loved Cassey's youtube videos for years now so when I saw she had a book I definitely jumped on the opportunity to learn more form her!
I utilized this book one summer when I had limited access to the internet. In addition, I was exercising outdoors and this book made doing that easier. The routines are much like her videos but (unfortunately) without Cassey's peppy encouragement guiding you. (Maybe fortunately for some others?)

The "year round" part of the title comes in with Cassey's organization of the exercises by the annual seasons. Really, it was just a way to change things up. It is obviously not necessary to follow the "seasons" and I jumped around and pieced together my own workouts. They are definitely challenging workouts and will hopefully motivate you to keep moving and to learn the moves for yourself so that you can do them anywhere and share them with others! I would recommend this book to someone who is looking to get in a work out but wants to stay away from the distractions of the internet :)
