Broth and Stock from the Nourished Kitchen: Wholesome Master Recipes for Bone, Vegetable, and Seafood Broths and Meals to Make with Them is the latest cookbook by Jennifer McGruther.  If you are wanting to begin making your own broths and stocks you will find all the information you need in this great resource.  The book begins by explaining the difference in stocks and broths and then goes into the basic supplies and ingredients for making them.  There is a chapter with recipes for basic stocks and broths.  The rest of the book takes those broths and stocks and gives recipes to use with them.  There are more than just soup recipes too.
There are lots of wonderful recipes in the book.  Each recipe has a lovely full page color photograph with it.  A few recipes that look yummy include chicken soup with parmesan, rice, peas and lemon, yucatan style lime soup, and fresh pea soup with spring herbs.  You will be inspired to try making your own broths and stocks after reading this book.
