Well new for me, I love Thai food so this book added a new dimension to the usual recipes I see.
Living in New York I know I'll be able to find most of the ingredients The Squid Salad jumped out at me
as well as the Stir Fried Chicken Wings...
But my absolute favorite part of Thai cooking are the sauces....so light and yet so flavorful with just the
right amount of sweet and acid..
Chicken Three Ways (hold the chicken) as soon as I can get  Haeng Khua aka Dry-fried dried shrimp I'm
going to make this...
The book is photographed beautifully and the background information for each dish makes fun reading.
The ingredients section make clear the uses and also the proper prep....
Fun book....and even if you don't have Thai rice whiskey....I'm sure you'll find something to accompany these
tasty recipes ...
