This book has love, sex, and witches. What more could anyone want? The Five Petals is well written and paced fast enough to hold a reader's interest. There is a new development around every corner. I would have given it five stars were it not for the fact that I guessed who was the fifth petal and the murderer at least three-quarters of the way through the book. I don't feel that it detracted from my enjoyment of the book. There's even a wonderful love story to hold your interest. I had been waiting to read this book and I was not disappointed.
