This book has me so excited! Firstly, let me just say that "keto diet" or not- these recipes are delicious, wholesome, and healthy and will satisfy your whole family!
I absolutely love learning about new research into diet and eating plans. While I believe that there is not a one-size fits all diet, and we are completely unique, I do not think that this "kept" way of eating is necessarily for everyone. However, I would encourage everyone to do their own research, and try things to see what works for them! I think I will be giving the keto diet more thought- I mean, who wouldn't like to eat more fats? Butter, nut butters-- yum! And you supposedly lose weight? I'm going to keep looking into this eating plan, and you should too!
Overall, this book is full of over 100 delicious and fresh recipes! You will not be disappointed!
