I really did get alot out of this book. I know, I know.....another diet book. And actually the first couple chapters were kind of boring in that they repeated what most people who read diet books already know. But then Chantel threw out some challenges and I am definitely motivated to try them.
For instance, fast for one meal a week. Why? She tells you why. And it makes sense!! Who is in control here after all.....you or the food you eat? She also gave some tips on making small changes every day. And I especially loved the exercises she included in the book complete with pictures. This book is a win, win for me!!
