As I looked through this book I was amazed at how many recipes for chicken it has! And they are not variations of the same theme. They are global in character and yet still composed of simple, easy to find ingredients. The sections include chicken, meat, "The Grind", Fish & Seafood, Eggs, Pasta & Noodles, Tofu, Beans & Vegetables, Rice & other Grains, Pizzas, Soups, Salads and finally Dips & Spreads. Some of the standout chicken recipes are Caramelized Lemon Chicken,Garlic-Chile Chicken Breasts with Cucumbers and Green Ginger Sauce,Thai Chicken Breast with Coconut Milk and Lemongrass,Vietnamese Ginger Chicken, Harissa Chicken, Za'atar Chicken with Lemon Yogurt. The instructions are clear and concise, limited to 1 page, good for a weekday dinner, not the type of recipes that need to be saved for the weekend. I am already making a shopping list for the Rustic Shrimp Bisque with Fennel which looks amazing! In fact all the photos look delicious too.
