"Broth and Stock" is one of many cookbooks focusing on bone brones, a very popular food trend lately. I thought the book had a few helpful recipes but in general it's not a cookbook I would buy. This book is divided into based on the protein which the stock was made from so you have fish, poultry, vegetables, meat, and master/basic broths. There are also plenty of soup recipes that go along with the appropriate stock.
