What could be better a beautiful setting and the freshest ingredients prepared to shine...
A Swedish chef transplanted to the California Coast a small farm with chicks and goats and pigs....get the picture.
What first struck me is the simplicity of the food which allows the quality of the ingredients to speak...and speak they do. 
I could start listing recipes but theres not a bad one in the book.
Summers coming and with it the farmers market and all the fresh produce.....I can't wait..
