An interning book with unique recipes.  I enjoyed it except for some pictures and language. Lots of fun recipes but most would be strange to an American to make. Perhaps you would try in another land.  Lots of  fun facts scattered in this book.  Just not something the average chief would  use. That's saying a lot since I collect and cook for every country!
